This website is made to show my paintings.
I was born in the Netherlands in 1956 and I started painting when I was 45. My profession was documentalist. I participated as a parttime student at the lessons of the ´Centrum voor de Kunsten´(that is an institute of art) in Bergen op Zoom, Netherlands. I started painting in a realistic style but afterwards I developed myself to a more abstract style of painting. I make my own designs so every painting is unique.
Over the years I had several exhibitions in the Netherlands, both solo exhibitions as well as in a group. You can find them under another button on this website.
Since 2013 I live in the Algarve in Portugal and became a resident. I was fortunate enough to exhibit some of my paintings here in Portugal as well.
